Envisioning a career providing service to the public, Rene spent a number of years in the retail, hospitality and management arenas. These opportunities allowed him to explore all facets of business organization, personnel management and customer service while gaining invaluable professional expertise. However, seeking an opportunity to provide a more meaningful contribution, Rene entered the medical profession and eventually joined The Smile Center rising through the company as an Office Manager and Regional Manager before stepping into his current leadership role as Director of Operations.
